My Semester Project is a tumblr page that shines a light on the rights that women do not have. My tumblr page, named pussypower4ever, consists of pictures and quotes that express the rage of women around the world. I believe the future is female and women must fight for their right to abortion, equal pay, and education the same way they had to fight for the right to vote many years ago. Most people think men and women are equal in 2017, but we're far from equal. Old, creepy, white men are making decisions for women of all ages, by defunding Planned Parenthood clinics. In addition, women are paid about $.80 for doing the same job as a man that is making $1.00. These issues are not spoken about enough and it seems the women fighting for their rights are getting tired. I believe the fight for women's rights will not be over until women are treated the same as men politically, in the workplace, and as human beings. #FemaleRightsAreHumanRights 🤘🏽
